The Challenge Course is located on Culver Street, going west from the campus. Drive through the intersection of 50, and Culver St. towards the Commerce High School. Walmart will be on your left. The Challenge Course is after the Cain Sports Complex and before the Commerce High School.

Join us at the TAMU-C challenge course for our teen adventure to celebrate the end of the school year!
The Texas A&M University- Commerce Outdoor Adventure Program offers adventure-based learning opportunities for groups to develop as a team, giving them the opportunity to enhance leadership, decision-making, and communication skills through an interactive process. This hands-on approach is designed to help individuals learn from their interaction with others and then apply those principles to their life situations.
This teen event is open to all CHEFS students in 6th-12th grades. Parents and older siblings (21 or younger) may participate as well. If we do not meet our minimum, we may open the event to friends of members, later.
Our adventure will include both low and high elements, with a break in between for lunch. You must bring a copy of the signed waiver (attached) for every participant. In addition to your waiver, plan to bring a full water bottle, a sack lunch, snacks, and sunscreen. Please plan to arrive at 9:30a.m. so we can get our waivers turned in, listen to instructions, and start promptly at 10:00a.m.

CHEFS has been given a group discount to make this affordable to our families, so this event is dependent on having a minimum number of registered and paid participants by Friday, April 18, 2025. Only participants who are both registered and paid will be counted towards our group. Payment is non-refundable, unless we do not meet our minimum attendance, so please write this event on your personal calendar, and commit to attending upon registration. If we do not reach our minimum by April 18, your payment will be refunded. If payment is not made at the time of sign-ups, your registration will automatically cancel from our system in 7 days.
