Let us help you connect with homeschool families from across Hunt County!
The CHEFS Homeschool Expo is your opportunity to showcase your services or products directly to the local homeschool community.
This event brings together:
- Co-ops and tutors
- Teachers and fine arts instructors
- Sports coaches and activity providers
- Curriculum sellers (new and used)
- Homeschool family-owned businesses
Whether you're offering enrichment classes, academic support, creative experiences, or helpful resources—we want you there!
- Booth Fee: $5 per booth (non-refundable)
- Student/Teen Booths: $0 (CHEFS members only; games, crafts, or snack sales)
- Setup Time: Begins at 5:30 PM
- Event Time: 6–8 PM — vendors must remain until 8pm
- Space: 6 ft booth (vendor brings their own table + 2 chairs). If you need more space, please purchase an additional booth.
Please Note:
- No outside food vendors or food trucks (exceptions may be made for homeschool-run bakeries).
- Candy giveaways are allowed, but other food items are not.
- Door prize donations are welcome! You'll get a shout-out from our announcer during the event.
- To encourage family participation, vendors are invited to include a simple kid-friendly activity, game, or craft at their booth.
IMPORTANT PAYMENT NOTICE:
Our website will not allow you to return later and submit payment—your booth is not reserved until you pay at the time of registration. Please have your payment ready when you register to ensure your spot is held.
